Don’t you wish that there are affordable and effective masks in the market? L’Oréal Paris came up with pure clay masks which claim to transform your skin and give you a brighter, blemish free and softer skin.

Due to my skin problems I decided to give them a try and see if they live up to their claims. I purchased the L’Oréal Paris pure clay blemish rescue mask and the bright mask. My main target was to reduce my blemishes and acne scars. 
The masks come in glass jars packaging and you’ve to dip your fingers to get the masks or you’ve to use some little spoon to get the mask out. I wish they included something to apply in their packages. 

L’Oréal Paris pure clay blemish rescue mask features a powerful blend of 3 pure clays combined with marine algae extract. Targeted towards for spot/blemish prone skin. It has a creamy texture and it’s bright blue in color. It aims to unclog the skin and clear its imperfections. 

The mask contains marine algae which has anti blemish properties and work deeper into the skin to clear away bacteria and dirt that can cause breakouts along with the 3 clays that work to absorb impurities, eliminate imperfections and clarify complexion. 

The mask has a smooth texture that spreads easily on the skin. It’s smells good too although the smell is mild which I think is good for those who don’t like strong scents. Moreover it doesn’t dry the skin even if you leave it on too long. My skin felt and looked clean clean and fresh. After a few uses I noticed my blackheads had decreased although not so significantly. 

The L’Oréal Paris bright mask is an exfoliating and cleansing mask that’s infused with a strong yuzi lemon extract. A blend of kaolin (to absorb impurities and excess sebum), montmorillonite (rich in minerals) and ghassoul ( to help clarify complexion) make up the pure clays. 

Its exfoliating particles weren’t abrasive on the skin when I applied. The mask is best applied on dry skin as it becomes runny real soon. Massage your skin in circular motions. Even if you leave the mask on for too long it doesn’t dry out your skin. I noticed a glowing complexion every time I used it.
