What I used:-
- 4 leaves of Aloe Vera (depends on your hair length and thickness)
- ½ Avocado
- ½ cup of Olive oil
What I did:-
I extracted the gel from the Aloe Vera and then added it in the blender together with the avocado and olive oil.
I spritz my hair with my ayurvedic hair tea before applying the mixture.
I let it sit for 30 minutes then rinsed it out.

Aloe Vera helps to restore the pH balance of the scalp and
fight dandruff.
Penetrates and hydrates the hair shaft
Aloe Vera can give your hair stands the nutrients it needs
since it has a lot of water inside its leaves.

strengthen hair. They’re also rich in protein and vitamin B which is essential
for optimal hair health.

Natural moisturizer
Having high level of monounsaturated fatty acids, avocados
can be used to improve the condition of your hair by acting as a moisturizer
for dry or damaged hair.
